Define IT Operations Department strategy aligning it with the needs of Company
Lead and coordinate development of Company’s infrastructure to ensure key business strategies and processes are supported
Define and manage service portfolio for subordinate units (Help Desk and IT Administration)

Ensure the smooth operation of Company’s internal, production and development systems
Oversee and manage Help Desk and IT Administration divisions
Develop and implement operational procedures, practices and standards
Ensures platform development and new solutions designs are created and implemented to meet key criteria for reliability, availability, manageability, performance and security
Oversee IT vendor management
Leadership
Manage, motivate, and develop all staff within the IT Operations Department
Serve as a subject matter expert for executive stakeholders on specific IT topics/issues
Lead and coordinate selection, installation, operation, support, and maintenance of our information technology infrastructure (i.e. operating systems, networks, telecommunications, hardware, and peripherals)
