Strategy

  • Define IT Operations Department strategy aligning it with the needs of Company
  • Lead and coordinate development of Company’s infrastructure to ensure key business strategies and processes are supported
  • Define and manage service portfolio for subordinate units (Help Desk and IT Administration)

Operations

  • Ensure the smooth operation of Company’s internal, production and development systems
  • Oversee and manage Help Desk and IT Administration divisions
  • Develop and implement operational procedures, practices and standards
  • Ensures platform development and new solutions designs are created and implemented to meet key criteria for reliability, availability, manageability, performance and security
  • Oversee IT vendor management

Leadership

  • Manage, motivate, and develop all staff within the IT Operations Department
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for executive stakeholders on specific IT topics/issues
  • Lead and coordinate selection, installation, operation, support, and maintenance of our information technology infrastructure (i.e. operating systems, networks, telecommunications, hardware, and peripherals)
